The apartments called "La Battigia 2” (3 apartments) are located within a fenced property and stands on a surface of 3000 square meter with olive trees and ornamental plants. Each apartment has its own private entrance and private garden.
Pets are not allowed
Guests will be entitled to 10% discount at Restaurant/Pizzeria "La Battigia".
Please note: the property cannot be occupied with more people than mentioned in this page. The mentioned maximum occupancy also includes children and toddlers. Any extra bed, please ask.

Rental rates include: water, gas, electricity.
Rental rates do not include (to be paid to key holder): Cleaning fee: € 40,00 for the small Apartment for 2, € 50,00 for 2-room and 3-room Apartments (Please note that a basic cleaning of the apartment has to be effected by the customers before departure, this is imperative and independent of the price of the final cleaning).
Security/Breakage deposit: € 100,00 in cash.
Extra bed: € 70,00 per week. Crib: € 20,00 per week.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but you can hire them up to 1 week before your arrival by paying an extra charge.
Pets are not allowed.
